"This is a Cornemuse du Centre in ebony. I made a very nice inlay from the silver buttons I bought in Istanbul, Turkey. The combination of ebony and silver is very attractive. Most of the time I make a plan with the new owner of the instrument, because they like a special design inside the block, or prefer a plain wood. So I try to customize it." ~ Frans Hattink
