"This is not a mikado game but a pile of G drones I made for ten practice sets that I use to teach beginners' groups. In Holland we have the Hurdy-Gurdy and Bagpipe society (Stichting Draailier en Doedelzak); this organization tries to renew the interest in the instruments in today's music. So we go to schools and give workshops. "The practice sets are for schools or for children and adults who want to play a bagpipe but are not yet sure they want to buy one. They have the possibility to rent one of these instruments for three months. It is a budget instrument. You can choose one-droned or two-droned models." ~ Frans Hattink
