This is very similar to No. 86, with the same piper on the sheet, but with a different stamp. We aren't very fond of these sorts of stamps, where the bagpipe is only on the surrounding material rather than on the stamp itself, and at some future point we will put all such specimens into the third-class coach of this train. |
